Leslie, I really like this article and completely agree with the list. In fact, I'd highlight and underline a few of them! I'm thinking about how to create greater awareness of these critical principles and embed ownership of these points with our integration partners. These considerations have applicability across all integration interactions. It needs to guide every touch point with employees from corporate delivered communications to manager 1:1s and water cooler chat. Thank you for sharing!
