Leslie. I think this is a great list. Placing the change/adoption/transition appropriate gives ownership to impacted employees at all levels. Setting expectations and allowing for mistakes gives everyone room to grow and adapt. Great article.

Leslie, I really like this article and completely agree with the list. In fact, I'd highlight and underline a few of them! I'm thinking about how to create greater awareness of these critical principles and embed ownership of these points with our integration partners. These considerations have applicability across all integration interactions. It needs to guide every touch point with employees from corporate delivered communications to manager 1:1s and water cooler chat. Thank you for sharing!
