I'd love to hear how you are all supporting your organizations through AI driven change. I'm currently working on a pilot to implement a series of use cases with an agentic AI platform vendor: one use case is RPA, another chatbot w/agentic capabilities, then another is a combo rpa/agentic solution. The internal teams seem open and ready to realize the benefits of having AI lift some work off their plates, esp since Brown continues to have a hiring freeze. Would love to hear how your org is managing change related to AI. Do you have a center of excellence? Do you have leadership onboard? etc etc.
