    The Higher Education and Academic Research Community is intended to enhance engagement with ACMP members working in institutions of higher education (IHE) and to address challenges present in this unique organizational settingACMP has a number of members occupying this space and have suggested the creation of the Community.  Qualified Education Program (QEP) contributors often come from this audience, new and tenured Change Management Practitioners often have an affiliation to an institution of higher education, new students just starting out in change management often experience this topic during their educational pursuits as does thought leadership and unique industry and academic partnerships.   

    This is an open community for ACMP members, the target audience for this community is:   

    • Higher education change practitioners managing change management programs within the College/University setting (for clarity, those not doing academic research) 
    • Faculty teaching change management courses in higher education institutions (those affiliated with academic research) 
    • Students doing academic research in change management proctored by faculty as part of their curriculum (Academic Research Award targets (Master Thesis and Doctoral Dissertations students who would qualify for the ACMP Academic Research Award)
    • Individuals participating in this community must be an ACMP member
