- KSFactors for change network should include a clear support system and perpetual feedback mechanism for members of the change network.
Selection Criteria.. Strongly support to prepare stakeholders as to what it means to be part of the change network. This is often overlooked. .I recommend to break down by change network role and give some examples. Why? The business teams are very wary of over committing their resources. It is a delicate balance of giving them factual resource planning and not scarring them away to responding to the request for names. I find giving them a calendar of events very helpful to get people to show up. ie) Change kickoff events, CIA evaluation workshops, training, prelaunch check in, UAT if applicable, agile roles, training, etc. with roles to attend each event. This helps bring the commitment to life for stakeholders when giving names to and following up with the commitment in a timely way.
