Greetings of the Season!
As the holiday season approaches (or is already upon us), we look forward to lots of fun activities, family get togethers, some time off...as well as stress, lack of motivation at work (or in general), anxiety....sounds a lot like what happens when we are implementing change in an organization - doesn't it?
So my question for everyone is how do you deal with the emotional and psychological aspects of change for yourself and your team members (both current and new)? How do you cope with stress, uncertainty, resistance, or loss of motivation?
My hope is we gather a helpful list of sound advice, tips & tricks, etc. - which could benefit us personally during the holiday season, and when driving change in an organization - especially M&A (like bringing two long-lost families together for the first time)!
