How have you approached integration and change management when the business strategy is to leave the business alone? This is bound to be a confusing time for all involved - acquired and acquiring. From a legal and reporting perspective, there will be some level of required integration. How have people been successful with this type of a model? What change management have you found useful or ineffective in cases like this?
