Mergers & Acquisitions

This is nearly a cross-post from the Independent Consultants group but with some directed questions to you M&A folks! 

Hello! I have worked on numerous change projects that have mostly centered around a change that is happening with technology or technology + process. I am currently marketing myself towards the accounting industry which is seeing change in technology, yes, but also staffing models (offshoring), and lots of mergers and acquisitions. I'd like to hear from some of you that have worked on M&A integrations, if you have specific tools you use that you'd be willing to share. If you've done different kinds of change management projects, the main differences you've seen. Anything you think would be helpful as I consider marketing myself to help with M&A type change work.
