I do not have a specific recommendation, but I will offer a conceptual answer. Any tools that help you understand the Emotional and Leadership health of the organization, both organizations actually, will help point you in the right direction and highlight potential issues. Tools and processes that help the integration team understand the Respect For People culture and the Emotional and Psychological operating environment are the most powerful. Leadership assessments that provide insight into Leadership Courage, Leadership Compassion, and Leadership Vulnerability will also help.
