    This article struck a chord with me @Alexandros Tzimpilis! It also got me wondering, who else has experienced a failed merger and why? What did you learn or do differently for the next one? Or - the merger was a success (meaning it went through) but the company experienced some backlash either from the industry, their employees, etc. 

    As Warren Buffet says, "It's good to learn from your mistakes. It's better to learn from other people's mistakes!"
