As the environment changes due to the global pandemic the emerging hybrid ecosystem requires that we continue to strengthen our virtual toolkit. This community will bolster change management practitioners’ confidence and skillsets in leading change in a digital world. This will be accomplished by community members sharing virtual strategies, tips, tricks, and tools with one another and other communities. This will be done through research and experience sharing as we add to the CM Body of Knowledge.
